Say hello to the boldest duo of the season: the Arrabbiata Udon – served with a platter of freshly fried Snow Crab Legs and seasonal vegetable tempura.

Drawing inspiration from coastal Japanese summers, the dish pays homage to fresh, peak-season tomatoes as a base, enhanced further with velvety confit tomatoes, grated parmesan cheese, aromatic bonito-infused oil, black pepper and micro shiso leaves.

To mark the launch, we will be giving away 60 complimentary* bowls of the Arrabbiata Udon on 16 June 2026, personally cooked by Chef Narahara Shinji, Founder of Udon Shin Japan.

The complimentary Arrabbiata Udon giveaway is valid only on 16 June 2026 (Tuesday), starting from 11:00am.
The offer is limited to the first 60 customers on a first-come, first-served basis only.
The queue line starts at 8:00am and physical wristbands will be distributed at 9:30am.
Wristbands with a queue number will be given out to guests present physically in line. Holding of spots for additional parties not present is not permitted and no extra wristbands will be issued.
Wristbands that are torn, removed, or modified in any way will be deemed void and will not be entitled to the complimentary udon.
The offer must be redeemed immediately upon the store’s opening at 11:00am. Wristbands are strictly valid for immediate dine-in only and cannot be redeemed during later dining periods (e.g., dinner time).
Each wristband entitles one (1) complimentary Arrabbiata Udon. Any additional mains, sides, beverages or add-ons will be charged according to menu prices stated, subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes.
Guests who join the queue without a wristband are required to order at least one (1) udon each at menu prices stated, subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes.
The Udon Shin Management reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion without prior notice.
The Udon Shin Management’s decision shall be final in the event of any disputes.
